The 2017-2018 Registration process is ready to go.  Please register your athlete now for all sports they're interested in.

Please know that all registration for Athletics at Phillips is now done ONLINE by clicking above on "Registration"!  You'll still need to get a paper copy of the athlete's physical to Ms. Brumley (by email or by bringing it to school - you can leave it at the main office before school begins), but all other registration is on this website.  Please register your athlete NOW!

Start Dates

All athletes should have registered online & MUST have a paper copy of their current physical emailed or turned in to Ms. Brumley to be able to participate. 


2017 Boys Soccer Tryouts
will be held Wed., August 30th- Fri., September 1 at the soccer field at Phillips. EVERYONE who is trying out will need to have registered online & turned in your physical to Ms. Brumley before tryouts begin........................
Please bring a WATER BOTTLE full of water and your SOCCER GEAR (shorts, t-shirt, shin guards, socks, cleats, and sneakers) to tryouts. Tryouts will begin at 3:30 on the soccer field (Aug28) . Boys can be picked up at 5:00 in the bus parking lot by the GYM. Please be ON TIME to pick up your son.

FOOTBALL:   For anyone interested in playing football, there will be a mandatory meeting at Smith Middle School (by the gym) Friday, August 18 (time to be determined - please check back).  Be prepared for some conditioning.

You must have registered online (click on "Registration" at the top of this page)            & bring your current physical with you (unless you've already emailed it to Ms. Brumley or you've turned it in at Phillips) or you won't be able to participate until you do.

The week of August 21-25, practice will be at Smith from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with check-in beginning at 5:30pm.

Volleyball Tryouts will be 8/28-8/29 from 3:15-5:15.  Please bring your sneakers & knee pads.  Make sure your registered online and you've turned in a current physical to the main office, or to Ms. Brumley or you won't be allowed to participate.
FIELD HOCKEY: We will begin training/tryouts immediately on August 28, practice is from 3:30 to 5:30. Please have your athlete registered & fitted with a stick, protective eye wear, mouth guard, cleats, shin guards and socks to cover. Bring tennis shoes and WATER BOTTLE (full of water), as well.
During these next two weeks, please make sure that your child acclimates themselves with the heat outside, and hydrates well. We only have 8 days from start to our first game, so we are diving in! 
GIRLS TENNIS:  Tryouts will begin Tuesday, August 29 from 3:30-5:00.  Athletes should wear shorts, t-shirt, & tennis shoes & bring your racquet & a water bottle (filled with water). Athlete must be registered & have turned in a current physical in order to participate.
Cross Country: Practice will begin Tuesday, Sept. 5 from 3:30-5:00. Wear shorts, t-shirt, socks & sneakers and bring a water bottle.  Athlete must be registered & have turned in a current physical in order to participate.
